Great! My friend was intimidated by the words in the other versions, now she is excited about reading the bible.

I love the compact size and the verse markings, as well as the reference pages. This makes The Message even more useful.

Smaller than I expected, but given that the text is a readable size, it is nice that way. I have several larger Bibles I use for Bible study, but this one can stay on my desk without cluttering things when I want to see what Peterson has to say about the passage.

We have found that the young people of our community are excited about "The Message" Bible. The local Ministerial Assoc. give these Bibles to the High School Graduates each year & believe if the class is excited about receiving them, they are more likely to use them.

I ordered 2 of these for my grandson and granddaughter because I love my Re-Mix. This edition is even better with more info prior to each book and maps, etc. in the back. sharon

I love this Bible! My 10 year old snatched it right away and soaked it in. She loved the more modern day language, feeling it was easier for her to read and understand.
